Home strength training with resistance bands
Your band workouts, planned and progressed for you.
Open Today, train, say how it went. RBIS picks your next band and reps, tracks food and your weight trend, and explains every change it makes.
The problem
Why home training stalls after a month
No plan for today
You open YouTube, pick a random video, and spend half the session deciding what to do.
No progression
Same band, same reps, week after week. Bands make it hard to know when to move up, so progress stops.
Food lives elsewhere
Calorie apps are separate, tedious and disconnected from your training, so they get dropped first.
How it works
Open, train, say it, close.
See today
One screen: the workout, which band, how many reps, and your calorie and protein targets.
Say the result
“Red band, twelve reps.” Voice or text. No tables, no tapping through menus.
Load goes up on its own
The system decides when to add reps or switch to a heavier band, and tells you why.
Exercise cards
See the muscle you are training.
Every exercise has a short answer for right now and depth when you want it: setup, common mistakes, why it works, and an anatomical close-up of the muscle contracting.
- Where to anchor the band: low, middle or high
- The cue that makes the target muscle work
- Where bands fall short, and how the program covers it

Food
Log food the way you would say it.
Counts don’t need to be exact. They need to be consistent. Log in one place, weigh in each morning, and your weekly trend adjusts the targets for you.
A fair question
Why not just ask ChatGPT?
| A chatbot | RBIS | |
|---|---|---|
| Remembers your workouts, bands and weight | Only if you paste them in every time | Always, in one place |
| Tells you what to do today | When you ask | Waiting for you on the Today screen |
| Decides when to progress | Guesses from what you describe | A clear rule, with the reason shown |
| Food and training together | No | Targets adjust from your weight trend |

FAQ
Questions
Which bands do I need?
Any set of loop or tube bands with a few resistance levels. You tell RBIS which colors you have, and it plans around them.
Do I need a door anchor?
An anchor helps for some exercises, but it can be a door, a tree or a pull-up bar. What matters is a low, a middle and a high point. Each exercise shows which one it uses.
Is it for beginners?
Yes. Setup asks about your experience and any injuries, and the first weeks start conservative.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, in one click. We remind you 2 days before the trial ends.
Is this medical advice?
No. If you have an injury or pain, see a doctor before training.
